Baking Easy Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Donuts

I had a craving for chocolate, so I experimented with my first-ever batch of baked donuts using ingredients from the Thrive Marketplace. Ryan and I were both pretty happy with the results!

BTW, I think you could totally use unsweetened cocoa instead of cacao or vanilla powder instead of vanilla bean — this is just what I happened to have on hand. Let me know in the comments below what you might add or subtract from this recipe or how you make baked donuts at home.
